Project Overview: The Viceroy Residence at Snowmass, managed by Related companies, looked to Organic Return to help promote their new luxury 3- and 4-bedroom penthouses leading up to their completion date at the end of 2015.
With only detailed renderings of the penthouses to use, we created an engaging level of sophistication within the renderings to showcase the concept and amenities of the property for potential buyers of these luxury Snowmass penthouses.
To showcase the sleek, sophisticated design, we used a bootstrap foundation to create an interactive microsite, complete with video, hover safe functionality, and mobile responsiveness. Keeping with the design aesthetic of the new penthouses, we used modern accents and colors throughout the page to lend a luxurious feel to the site visitor.
Next, we launched an exclusive email campaign through Silverpop which we directed to current owners of the Viceroy Residences Snowmass with a link to the landing page that was hidden from other users. This helped to create a sense of exclusivity for current owners and there friends.
Following the exclusive email campaign, we developed consumer facing landing pages to promote and build excitement for the penthouses. We created a non-intrusive modal overlay with introductory imagery and copy to help new visitors learn more about the new luxury offerings.
Again, we launched an email campaign through Silverpop and sent to a database of 6,000 potential buyers that had opted in to receive information from Viceroy Residences Snowmass.
